Why I Created the Midlife Reset Method

Several years ago I found myself dealing with constant fatigue, brain fog, and the frustrating feeling of being “wired but tired.” My body was no longer responding to the routines that had worked for years.

After digging deeper, I realized my body was dealing with stage two adrenal fatigue and hormonal shifts that many women experience in midlife but few truly understand.

Instead of pushing harder, I began learning how to support my body differently through nutrition, movement, stress regulation, metabolic support, and sleep optimization.

As I rebuilt my energy and vitality, I realized how many women were struggling with the same symptoms and had no clear roadmap.
