There was a time when I didn’t recognize my own body. I was doing all the “right” things, eating clean, working out, and pushing through fatigue, but I still felt exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated.
My energy crashed in the afternoon, yet at night I felt wired but tired. My metabolism felt sluggish, and my body no longer responded the way it used to. I remember wondering if this was simply what midlife was supposed to feel like.
I learned that the answer was no.
Through deep research, functional strategies, and my own lived experience, I began rebuilding my energy from the inside out. I stopped punishing my body and started supporting it. I moved away from overtraining and into strategic strength work. I shifted from undereating to truly nourishing my metabolism, and instead of pushing harder, I learned how to restore my energy.
Over time, everything began to change. My energy stabilized, my body composition improved, my sleep became deeper, and my mind felt clearer.
That experience became my mission. Today, I help midlife women understand what their bodies need in this season of life so they can support their metabolism, improve their energy, and lose weight.
